From the moment she entered the Argentine Institute of Gastronomy (IAG), Fernanda was sure: she wanted to go to Spain to work with the prestigious MartÃn Berasategui, and of course she succeeded. After several internships in well-known restaurants in Buenos Aires, he arrived in the municipality of Lasarte-Oria to have a transformative experience: to live in the microclimate of European haute cuisine. In addition, she met her husband and teammate Patricio Negro there. But before becoming Sarasanegro, there was still an important stop in his career: his work at Da Vittorio, a very fine restaurant that already had a Michelin star, located in the Italian commune of Brusaporto.
So Fernanda and Patricio returned to Argentina with a lot of luggage and a clear idea: they will open a restaurant in Fernanda’s city of Mar del Plata, with the sea and its products as the protagonists.
